Amur Maple | 3 bed/ 3 bath | 1440 SF

The Amur Maple is a timeless 1440 SF cape. 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, the Amur Maple comes with both a 2-dormer and no-dormer version for owner's choice. Off of the inspired entry hall there is a 1st floor laundry room with a small counter sink, private office, and bathroom. Walk through the entry hall into the open and inviting living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen hosts a large pantry, island and eat-at-counter. Modest first floor master suite has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Upstairs there are two identical bedrooms, a linen closet at the top of the stairs and a half bath.
