Disclosure, copying or distribution of plans and/or services developed by Bite the Frost LLC is prohibited. The Purchaser may not sell, copy, sublicense, assign, or transfer the purchased plans and/or deliverables provided by Bite the Frost LLC without the prior written consent of Bite the Frost LLC. All plans sold by Bite the Frost LLC are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the U.S. code and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
