 BTF Net Zero Designs is seeking a creative, motivated intern to support our Instagram marketing a few hours a week and help grow our online presence.

This is a remote, part-time, unpaid position perfect for students interested in green building, architecture, sustainability, or marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, planning, and posting content for our Instagram page
• Organize and brainstorm content ideas with the founder
• Track engagement and help improve strategy
• Learn how marketing supports small, mission-driven businesses!
• Work with scheduling tools like Buffer and get support with post design & templates

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about sustainability, architecture, or green building
• Interested in learning real-world marketing skills
• Creative, reliable, and a good communicator
• Solid skills with Instagram – and possibly Pinterest & Facebook
• Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is a plus but not required
• A go-getter who’s excited to shape this opportunity and make it their own!

Location: Remote

Schedule: ~2–5 hours/week, flexible

Compensation: Unpaid, but includes direct mentorship with the CEO, resume/LinkedIn support, and portfolio-building opportunities

Length of Internship: Flexible — can be a few weeks, a semester, or continue longer based on interest and fit.
