 Our designs are optimized for Climate Zones 5A through 8. Ensure your building site falls within these zones.


 If your construction site is outside Climate Zones 5A through 8, you can still purchase and build a BTF home using its architectural drawings. Simply hire a local mechanical designer or contractor to size the HVAC system.

Consider Your  Electrical Needs 


BTF designs around common electrical needs. 


If you believe your family utilizes more electricity than average,  review your current power bill or try an online calculator to estimate your electrical needs.  A family's electrical usage needs is very habit & hobby specific.  If it's high, consider plans with
